Job Details Position: Wedding Coordinator & Banquet Operations Location: San Jose, CA (in person only) Pay Range: $28.00/hr Additional Compensation: Quarterly Bonus of $1,500 Employment Type: Full-time, Benefits Eligible Seniority Level: Entry level Job Responsibilities Handle all logistics of events, including setup, managing the event team, and guest sendoff. Coordinate wedding details and ensure smooth execution on the big day. Manage rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and day-of wedding planning. Assist with administrative tasks such as floor plans and vendor communication. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences. Candidate Requirements No prior wedding experience needed; enthusiasm and willingness to learn required. Hospitality experience is a plus. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. Quick on your feet, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable moments. Additional Information Physical requirements include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with setup and tear-down. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
