Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Efficiently pull items from inventory shelves, bins, or storage areas using handheld scanners or pick lists generated from e-commerce order management systems. Focus on high-volume, daily orders to meet same-day or next-day shipping deadlines.
• Packing and Preparation: Pack selected items securely into appropriate boxes or packaging materials, including adding protective fillers, labels, and any custom inserts required by e-commerce clients (e.g., branded packaging or promotional materials).
• Quality Control: Verify order accuracy by double-checking item quantities, SKUs, and product conditions against digital order details to minimize errors and returns.
• Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels for seamless e-commerce fulfillment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with packers, shippers, and supervisors to streamline the pick-and-pack process, adapting to fluctuating order volumes from multiple e-commerce clients.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks), and compliance with OSHA standards.

Process Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow efficiencies to enhance daily operations for e-commerce order handling.
