Job Description

PropertyRate LLC is one of the country’s largest and fastest growing appraisal management companies in the U.S. We are headquartered in California, operate nationally under the PropertyRate, Arivs, SettlementOne Valuation, AppraisalMC, Nations Valuation Services, and Initech brands, and have a physical presence in 24 states from Washington to Florida. To support our rapid growth, the company is looking to expand its appraisal operations team with a highly skilled, experienced, and service-oriented senior appraiser to provide accurate, compliant and solutions- oriented guidance on appraisal and collateral valuation issues, procedures, best practices and methodologies to PropertyRate’s team members, clients and appraiser partners. This individual will have primary responsibility for supporting the one or two of company’s divisions and/or geographic market in which they were located (or had practical appraisal experience), but will operate as part of a team of highly experienced appraisers who coordinate to bring the best knowledge of geographic markets, valuation products and collateral types to the table.
