Nephrologist (Full‑Time / Part‑Time)

Locations: Commack, Long Island, Great Neck, Manhasset, and surrounding areas

About PRINE Health:

We are a patient-centered, multispecialty group dedicated to chronic kidney disease care across Long Island and Queens. Our integrated approach involves nephrology, vascular, endocrinology, urology, podiatry, infusion therapy, and more, supported by robust care management and research infrastructure.

Position Highlights:

• Manage both outpatient and inpatient nephrology care.
• Expect a schedule of 2 clinic days/week (20–25 patients/day), 3 days/week in hospital and dialysis rounds, plus rotating call .
• Use CureMD for EMR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage diverse kidney diseases.
• Coordinate dialysis care and inpatient consultations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure continuity and quality of care across PRINE’s network.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
• NY State medical license with DEA.
• Proficiency in managing high-volume clinical workflows in both outpatient and dialysis settings.
