About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its global conservation efforts with a focus on wildlife and science. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and modernizing systems for operational excellence. Strong financial and business acumen, as well as the ability to lead through change and foster inclusive, purpose-driven cultures, are essential. The role requires a skilled communicator with a compelling public presence, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and leading a high-performing executive team. While not mandatory, familiarity with the San Diego region and the ability to build local relationships is preferred.
